We are an Entrepreneurship Support Organization (ESO) committed to supporting youth-led agribusinesses through practical, professional, and digitalized support. We believe that Africa’s prosperity starts with its youth, especially those in agriculture
Operating Agribusiness Advisory and Support Centers in Nairobi, Kisumu, and Eldoret, BAYE Africa exists to ensure that every entrepreneur in the agri-space can have financial security as as well as contribute to global food security.

BAYE Academy
A six-month training program that provides young people with the skills and knowledge needed to start and grow a social enterprise.

BAYE Fellowship
The BAYE Fellowship is a premier one-year leadership development and agribusiness acceleration program designed for high-potential youth and women agripreneurs across Africa.
